What do we mean by this? Let's say you create a subpoena for a case. After you've merged into your document, we have a way for you to send a message back to CMS that records what document was created, when it was created, and by whom. From then on, anyone who's in the case can see exactly what forms have been built, along with all the details of that document generation.
