We know that it's impossible to build a form that would serve all of our clients equally well, so we decided to equip our clients with the tools to build the forms exactly to their own liking. Each and every data field in our database has a corresponding merge field, which means you build a form in either Word or WordPerfect — build it how you like it, with whatever formatting suits your needs, and then our Software will merge in exactly the information you need. We teach you exactly how to build a form so you can build how ever many forms you need whenever you need them.
Document Tracking
Our merging capabilities in and of themselves are amazing, but we didn't stop there. We've made our interface with Word and WordPerfect a two-way street — not only can you send data to the word processor, you can send data back to our software. What do we mean by this? Let's say you create a subpoena for a case. After you've merged into your document, we have a way for you to send a message back to CMS that records what document was created, when it was created, and by whom. From then on, anyone who's in the case can see exactly what forms have been built, along with all the details of that document generation.
Extreme Reporting
Your data shouldn't operate in a vacuum, and that's why we've given you two routes for getting the reports you need. All of our systems come with a robust report writer already built in. Create a report on the fly, or save your parameters for repeated use. Print the information to the screen or merge it into a form you've already built. The choices are all yours. But if you need really powerful reporting, you can call in the big guns: Seagate's Crystal Reports. Build visually stunning pie charts, bar charts, or simple statistical listings. Create html pages to load onto your office's web server. Data mine like there's no tomorrow.
