Omaha City Attorney and Software Unlimited are joining forces to move the City Attorney’s information from the County’s AS400 mainframe to Software Unlimited’s Criminal Case Management System (CMS). The City handles large volumes of traffic and misdemeanor cases, and increasing volume has overtaxed the existing mainframe. With our system, the City Attorney will have instant access to the County Mainframe, and will be able to share information electronically with the other law enforcement agencies. CMS will enable City Attorney users to to handle and view their cases rapidly, which in turn lets them manage their cases like never before.
